The Nawrna International Schools Program is committed to offering a diverse array of unique STEM-based courses, including programming, science, architecture, and community engagement. Our program fosters an interactive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore their interests while developing essential skills for personal and social growth.

Our after-school courses provide students with hands-on experiences and opportunities to delve deeper into their areas of interest. STEM education promotes creativity and inspires students to develop innovative solutions. Through active participation in STEM subjects, students not only enhance their cognitive skills but also acquire foundational knowledge in coding and programming. This approach strengthens their problem-solving abilities and improves both the speed and quality of their responses to challenges.

The integration of STEM, programming, and community engagement cultivates creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities. These courses are designed to ignite a passion for science, technology, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility, empowering students to become well-rounded individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in the world.

Through the unique after-school program offered by Nawrna, we strive to provide exceptional and engaging learning experiences. By nurturing their curiosity and passion for science, technology, entrepreneurship, and social change, we aim to inspire the next generation of innovators, problem solvers, and socially responsible individuals.

Our Methodology:

Through our courses, we emphasize the significance of engaging students in critical thinking by encouraging them to conceptualize, apply, analyze, and evaluate information through observation and reflection. Rather than relying on rote memorization, students are guided to engage actively with the material, using logical reasoning to address questions and solve problems.

We prioritize collaboration and teamwork, instilling values of communication and leadership as students work toward shared goals. Our classes create an environment where curious learners can confidently apply their skills to tackle challenges, thereby enhancing their overall attitude toward learning and boosting their self-esteem.

We firmly believe in experiential learning, where students actively participate in hands-on exercises, projects, and community service initiatives. Our dedicated instructors foster an engaging atmosphere that promotes teamwork, empathy, and effective communication. By encouraging exploration and inquiry, we deepen students’ understanding of STEM concepts, programming principles, and social issues.

After-School Clubs:

1- Science Club:

Exploring various fields of science through hands-on experiments and interactive learning enhances scientific thinking and its application in daily life. Our program covers key topics in physics, chemistry, biology, and technology, fostering a comprehensive understanding of these disciplines.

2- Programming Club:

Our program introduces the fundamentals of problem-solving and analytical thinking through programming for complete beginners, utilizing visual tools such as Scratch. It begins with essential concepts of structured programming, including loops, conditions, variables, and events, and culminates in analyzing, designing, implementing, and debugging complete interactive games and animations.

3 – Architecture Club

Through hands-on activities, games, and model-making, children explore the design of homes, communities, and cities. The program emphasizes contextual awareness, sustainability, and forward-thinking, inspiring participants to envision their roles in creating better spaces for the future. By progressing from the scale of the home to the community and ultimately to the city, students cultivate creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, all while enjoying the process of building, sketching, and presenting their ideas.

4 –  Community services:

Inspire social responsibility and empower young change-makers through community service initiatives. Our program introduces students to the concept of community service, cultivating empathy and understanding of community needs, as well as skills in ideation, project planning, leadership, teamwork, and effective communication. Students who have completed clubs in science, programming, or architecture will become part of the Nawrna Volunteer Groups, where they will serve as teacher assistants in their respective subjects within the Nawrna educational program in underprivileged areas.
